HEY GUYS!!! Major updates!
For those of you who are unaware, when I am not pouncing around on a stage acting, singing or dancing my heart out, I work as a full-time staff member/teaching artist at BAMtheatre! This year I have been Choreographing, Directing, and Teaching many classes. My most recent projects are: Frozen Jr (2 shows – Choreographer), Matilda Jr (3 shows – Choreographer/Assistant Director), In My BAM Era: Hits from Taylor Swift Enrichment Shows (3 shows – Director), and Beginner/Intermediate Musical Theatre Dance Classes (Dance Teacher).
Now it’s summertime which means doing more shows! Recently, I have been in deep rehearsal for SUPERHERO: THE MUSICAL (Book by John Logan and Music & Lyrics by Tom Kitt) produced by Towle Theatre! This is a stacked cast filled with talent, passion, enthusiasm and lots of giggles! We are having so much fun putting this show together and it’s a show you CANNOT miss!
The Story of Superhero: The Musical tells a story about Simon and Charlotte, a mother and son where after losing his father and her husband, Simon resorts to comics about Superheroes and Charlotte taking many absences from her teaching and publishing while trying to figure out how to cope with their loss. Simon and Charlotte bicker until one day a mysterious man name Jim enters and changes their lives.
